This is a new very large map of Britain (1.6 x 1.4m) showing the British Electricity Transmission and Distribution System from the 400kV high voltage network down to the 33kV distribution system. All substations are shown and named. The colored background shows the areas covered by the different electricity companies. All interconnectors are shown as are the lines running ashore from Britains offshore wind farms. An additional feature of these map is that all major generators connected to the grid are shown by symbol.
