Singapore, 7 July 2022 – The Ministry of Energy of the Kingdom of Thailand will provide the first insights into Thailand’s latest Power Development Plan, the country’s roadmap for the development of the power system in Thailand, at the newly collocated Enlit Asia, Sustainable Energy Technology Asia (SETA) 2022 and Solar+Storage Asia (SSA) 2022 events, taking place in Bangkok on the 20-22 September 2022.
Returning live and in person as Thailand continues to open its economy post-covid, the collaboration between GAT International and Clarion Events will feature a discussion in which some core aspects of the new PDP will be shared. This discussion will provide an exclusive preview of the latest strategy governing the Thai energy transition and Is expected to see an achievement in renewable energy increase to 50% of the nation’s power mix or not? and also the portion in a heavy focus on new energy sources such as Hydrogen.
