Both sessions shall be attended by bidder’s key personnel (limited to two (2) personnel per bidder) and a letter of authorization indicating the name and designation of the key personnel shall be submitted to TPGSB during the briefing session.

📧 A copy of the payment receipt shall be forwarded immediately via email to tnb-proc-fspv@tnb.com.my
📧 After confirmation of payment, the tender document will be furnished to the respective bidder.
📧 The prospective bidders are required to attach the copy of the purchase receipt as a proof together with their proposals.
